Is organic virgin coconut oil good for acne?

I brake out here and there but since i'm pregnant i feel that i brake out more than usual... and because of the cold wind it's making my skin red and itchy. Is coconut oil good for my skin?Is organic virgin coconut oil good for acne?
Coconut oil is GREAT for the skin. It is a natural lotion too. it cure many things, including acne. drinking coconut JUICE is also good for you. also, if you put it on your skin befor you go tanning outside, it will give you a great tan, thats all you need to put on. i hope this helped you

Putting oil on you skin will cause you to break out worse. You can use an acne wash and put on a moisturizer made for skin prone to breakouts. Or if if does not improve see your doctor.
coconut oil is the worse thing you could do. the oil is going to block your pores so they won't be any oxygen going in and you'll break out more. coconut oil is good if you have dry legs or dry hair but on the face its too oily. try a face moisturizer that's oil free and hopefully that helps.
