i always just purchased some vitamin e capsules and cut 1-2 open a night. i'd then squish the gel out and rub it on the scar. i usually washed it off in the morning if it hadn't all blended into the skin. (p.s. - buying the capsules is much cheaper and you get more quantity)If you use Vitamin E oil to fade acne scars how do you apply it, and how long do you keep it on?
dont you just rub it in very well
be careful with vitamin e because it has oil in it and can make your acne come back
Put a small amount in the palm of your hands,


next rub it in very genttly into your skin

you should apply it at night before you go to bed and leave it on all night. You can also apply it in the morning and leave it on and put your makeup over it after its dry or it will create stripes.
