I used pure tea tree oil for a while. I Just applied it with a cotton ball after I cleansed my face. Left it on over night and would wake up and cleanse my face %26amp; moisturize. Everyone's skin is different though. Some may react differently if you do no t dilute it. I personally didn't have any other break outs affected by it.
