It's best to exfoliate everyday anyways. but none of the treatments that you can buy for acne from shops actually work. You need to go to your doctor and find a combination of pills/ creams that will work for you.





If you have already done this, for good skin, you need to drink lots of water, clense tone and moisturise everyday! Its a chore, but it really helps!

there is a brand called ';acne free severe acne wash'; its orange and i got it at target. i have bad acne and tried everything and this works.

but i would say yes on the scrub if you like your neutrogena brand. exfoliating does wonders and makes your skin soft. so use one at night and one in the morning. i would exfoliate at night.

nutrogena is not a good brand trust me i used to use it and it failed- try proactiv or clean and clear those two are really good
I use just the scrub and I have a horrible oily face and it works great
