I've read many great things about fish oil supplement ranging from clearing acne, to heart diseae, arthritist, asthma, depression, all skin disease, to increase in intellect . I had horrible experience with fish oil even the expensive ones and I am not sure why. Any positive or negative experience or informations shared will be appreciated.Has anyone broken out with pimples acne from fish oil supplements?
Good question.....I have been taking fish oil for a few months and have not seen too much of a difference with my acne...which is very mild. I had hoped to see different results as well!
